Lovely Place to Stay‎
My wife and I stayed here for two nights and we were very pleased with everything about the hotel. It has a great location on a main thoroughfare with several restaurants within walking distance. (Be forewarned, it is easy to miss the hotel as it is set back in one area of a mall parking lot, with an entrance that does not face out to the street--you have togo into the mall parking lot to get to it.) As you enter, you are greated by a large and beatifully decorated lobby/breakfast area with fireplace, sofas, lounge chairs, and coffee tables with a southwestern flair. Staff was excellent. You enter your room through an internal, open air courtyard with live trees and running fountains and sitting benches--very peaceful if you want to read or chat. We did not use the pool, but it seemed adequately sized. Our room with KS bed was clean and large. Breakfast in the morning had the usual items: hot and cold cereal, fruit, muffins, breads, and waffles. And the price for our room was a very reasonable approx $86 + tax. We would stay there again.

Nice and quiet hotel - great pool and breakfast
We wanted a hotel that was a great value, close to Sabino Canyon and good for young kids. This place was perfect. The pool was nice and relaxing, the breakfast each morning was great - even had waffles and eggs - and the front desk was helpful. The suite we had was nice & our room (305) had a wall for a view, it was well worth it. The courtyard and outside area was very nice and I couldn't believe how quiet the place was for being in a strip mall on Tanque Verde! We were close to everything and the kids enjoyed the pool and hottub. I would definitely recommend this for a quiet, affordable stay.

Good value
We traveled in Arizona for a week and stayed in many hotels in the $100 a night range. This hotel was my favorite and is a good value. Our king room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The lobby and breakfast area is very large and bright. The hotel also served the best breakfast, including eggs, bacon and yogurt along with the usual carbs. We liked this hotel so much that we stayed a second night. The hotel is very close to the must-see Sabino Canyon. Don't be deceived by the outside appearance of the hotel. It is very nice on the inside.

Had a very enjoyable stay
Spent 3 nights here in Feb and was very pleased with the facilities and service. Location of the hotel is convenient although it is at the end of a strip mall. It was easy to drive there from the Tucson airport and parking was adequate and free. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate at two different restaurants that we could walk to and both were very good. Eclectic Cafe had a variety menu and was good. Also Eclectic Pizza (don't know why both have similar names) was excellent too. There was a Safeway and Walgreen's within walking distance. The breakfast items were adequate with both hot foods and continental breakfast type foods.
We stayed in a suite which was roomy and had a refrigerator, microwave and a table and chairs in the kitchen area. It was very clean. (When I read some previous reviews, I was concerned)
Hotel is near Sabino Canyon which was very scenic.

Excellent Hotel--super friendly, perfect location for triathletes looking for a winter training venue
The hotel itself was really unique in decor --old spanish, with open air sitting areas. Very quiet even though located right in a busy shopping area(which was very convenient with the grocery, Walgreens, and many restauarants). Right across from a park with a lap swimming pool and running looped path. And the staff was very helpful with directions and just plain nice.
Thanks

Good hotel for touring the Tucson area
This hotel sits alongside a shopping centre but it's still really quiet. We stayed here while touring the area, it makes a good base. The manager cheked us in and he was really friendly and gave us a free upgrade to a suite. The room was great and had a great big bed which was really comfy.
There is a nice courtyard pool and jacuzzi, its very sheltered so was hot, Very relaxing and quiet. The breakfast was ok.
We had food at the Mongolian barbecue which is only a few steps away, the food was great and good value.

Family trip - Had a great time
Enjoyed my stay with my brother and sister. Suites were nice with a small kitchen and table. Room slept 3 people comfortably - two beds and a pull out couch. We enjoyed the patio, swimming and hot tub area. Nice to have iron and other convience items. Good complimentary breakfast, enjoyed the make it yourself waffles. All areas were clean and comfortable. I did think this location was closer to Sabino Canyon when I made reservations but it was a nice central location for our stay. Staff was helpful and friendly. We would definitly stay again

Comfortable & convenient
Easy to find and get to. Walking distance to Safeway, Walgreens, Big Lots and Chase Bank. Having the toilet and shower separate from the sink made it easy to share. Breakfast was good enough, with scrambled eggs and the waffle bar in addition to the usual cold cereal etc.
Doesn’t look like much from the outside
We had a very clean and spacious suite. Nice athomosphere. Very Hacienda style, red brick, building. My family realy enjoyed our stay. Great getaway for locals like us, The price was great for the very large room. Close to the monutains and plenty of restaurants.

Excellent value
Those whose expectations are commensurate with room rates will be pleasantly surprised. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, nice lobby and courtyards, ample breakfast, good Wi-Fi.

Very nice hotel
We liked it. The hotel is situated in an area with several shops and restaurants. Parking in front of the hotel and do some shopping in a large supermarket is easy. Once inside the hotel you think you are somewhere else. Very nice and good vallue for money. The breakfast is not luxurious, but it is also not an expensive hotel.
The hotel is situated close to beautiful nature areas such as Sabino Canyon, Mount Lemon en Sugaro East NP.
We stayed four nights and would recommend it to our friends.
